My Favorite Peloton Rides Last Week | Quick & Motivating Picks for Moms


As a busy mom, I don’t have hours to spend working out. Between chasing my toddler, solo parenting, and working from home, I need workouts that actually fit into real life. That’s why I love my Peloton—it makes it possible to squeeze in movement, even on the busiest days.


Last week, I found a few rides that gave me energy, helped me stay consistent, and reminded me that you don’t need hours in the gym to feel good. Here are my favorite Peloton rides from last week, along with why they worked so well for me as a mom.

Why I loved it: Great option when I didn’t have much energy. Just 30 minutes, but it left me feeling accomplished and stronger.

Why I loved it: Quick energy boost, great playlist, and the perfect way to give my week a boost.


  1. 20 Minute HIIT Ride + Jess - 8/20/25

Why I loved it: Listen, I love Alex down, and hardly ever take other instructions but Jess... oh, I'm a fan! She got me right. Felt like a total mood booster—the playlist was great and she came hard with words of encouragement. It was the perfect end to my week.
